Refund policy

14-Day Warranty for Defective Items

We offer a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery for defective or damaged products only. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos or video showing the issue.

What we cover:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item sent by mistake
- Lost packages (we will reship)
- No tracking update for 30+ days (refund or reship)

What we do NOT cover:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers (weather, customs, holidays)
- Products damaged by customer after opening

How to start a claim:

Contact us at support.startly@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the issue
- Description of the problem

We will review your request within 48 hours and provide a solution (replacement or refund). In most cases, you will not need to ship the item back.

EU Customers:
 The 14-day cooling off period does not apply to our products due to our shipping location and product nature.

Incorrect Address:
 If you provide a wrong address and the package is returned to us, you will be charged $10 for reshipping.
