Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

- Express Shipping: 4-8 business days

 Please Note : Delivery times start after order processing { 1-3 business days }

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking information to update.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipping, contact us immediately. We will reship your order at no additional cost.



Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged $10 for reshipping.


Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
